Republican scum. It's a f***ing sport for them. Their side had to win at all costs: party over country.

The whistle-blower is irrelevant. He raised the alarm; the witnesses testifying thus far have laid out the case. If more clarity is needed, it's not the whistle-blower who should testify -- it is the conspirators Giuliani, Pompeo, Perry, & Mulvaney. I don't hear the Republican cover-up team clamoring for their testimony or for their compliance with subpoenas. I also don't hear them clamoring for Bolton to testify.

@ronmiller.283 - LOL. Nice try. Biden did nothing illegal. Trump broke the law. Fuck off with your false equivalency.

@ian collins - it's not 2 murders that are being equated though, is it? Even if there was something nefarious that Biden did, Trump did nothing to investigate it when he took office. He also did nothing to investigate corruption in Ukraine 2 years ago when he authorized military aid. He has done nothing to investigate corruption in any of the countries, such as Afghanistan, that receive US aid. His political appointee Sondland testified that Trump was solely interested in Ukraine's announcement of an investigation into Biden. All these points indicate corrupt intent to seek to use the power of his office to gain a political advantage.

@ian collins - fair enough.

@Nobutto - the whistle-blower is akin to someone making a call to the police & then disappearing. While the police would like to question him as a witness to the crime, his absence doesn't not mean they cannot accept the testimony of other witnesses.

@Nobutto - you're chiming in on a subject you have limited knowledge about. Yet you speak like you're an authority. That is a typical Dunning-Kruger effect. What happens in Denmark with whistleblowers is not the same as in the US. The whistle blower in NOT required to testify for the reasons I enumerated previously. Here is a legal opinion: https://www.lawfareblog.com/whistleblower-should-not-have-testify
