  1. Um, what??? Rebuild? What do you think they were doing for the past 20 years? In fact that was the mistake they made. After they bombed the sh1t out of the Taliban in 2002, they should have called it a day & left. Instead they made the fatal mistake of trying to rebuild the country. That resulted in a giant black hole that sucked in lives & trillions of dollars.
