They where protecting their land and their people, the kings who wanted power wasn’t so peace loving they made the people go and fight for land, that’s not the religions fault… Those who followed the faith like priests and monks never picked up a sword they wanted everyone to be like them but in that world that couldn’t exist everyone was killing each other, then another religion come along and their goal and their religion is to kill for their god So I’d say “the lesser evil”

  12.  @Makabert.Abylon not really, I’m religious I don’t hear voices in my head they’re not my own thoughts, god isn’t telling me to do things but I know that he is somewhere helping me and looking upon me and helping me through life. That doesn’t mean I’m mentally Ill that I believe there is something more and something spiritual helping people through their journey helping them make the right choices and not become a piece of shit like people we see today who move away from anything religious and just think about themselves Others in the past knew they where doing things wrong but would chose to make up ways of “purifying” their guilt but know it didn’t take it away, same with today but people think their smarter than 3 thousand years of humanity and it’s history that they wouldn’t be so pitiful as to follow a religion that gives people a better way of living their life and as a collective would help the world.
