  17.  @maxb9315  he didn't make a move to get into the car. When he was shot with the rubber bullet he had his hands up. The cop just got annoyed that he wasn't complying. Which then made him get in car and drive off. He was scared and tried to hide behind the car door he knew they would kill him. Remember the cop that chased a unarmed black guy into park and then when he tried to run away a second time the cop just shot him in the back because he couldn't be asked chasing him again.

  18. I would never wish death on someone who stole from me let alone chase them down and put other people's lives at risk. Some people are acting like this guy is a hero but he got 10 years for this, he will be regretting his. Would you go to jail for 10 years for a bike?
