  2. Joshua Swallow Description So what if China can take in criminals from foreign countries? Do you support criminals? And what if they’re not criminals? People get falsely accused everyday, all around the world, why don’t you care about them? “Extradition is an act where one jurisdiction delivers a person accused or convicted of committing a crime in another jurisdiction, over to their law enforcement.” This means China needs permission from foreign countries before it can take in criminals. So you can’t really put the blame all on China if your favorite criminal gets extradited to the Mainland. Sorry about that buddy! :)
