  1. This IS a state of emergency. If you haven’t noticed, there are hooligan teenagers out on the streets doing whatever they please. Apparently authoritarian governments aren’t even allowed to enforce the law in their own country anymore. What’s next? The Chief Executive is to be elected by the foreign powers? Rule of law? Doesn’t matter, rioters/illegal protestors are above the rule of law.

  2. Soj. H Who cares about what she says? This is a state of emergency whether you like it or not, and I’m not saying this as an opinion. It is clear that the current efforts of the government cannot solve the situation. And tell me, why would she “want” the power of emergency law? She’s the Chief Executive. And why didn’t she execute this law sooner if she “craved” it so much? What kind of benefits would just get from passing this law? Satisfaction?>
