  1. You expect the Chinese government to be able to track all 1.4 billion of its citizens, screen all of them for the virus which also has an incubation period of two weeks all in real-time? Heh.   3. "Desperately trying to hide." These are REPORTED cases, of course there will be more. The government can't track all of its 1.4 billion for the virus, especially when it has an incubation period of 2 weeks . Not exactly easy, see.

  4. Wouldn't be any point in making a vaccine for a disease that rarely ever appears, and had a relatively low infection rate/fatality rate compared to other viruses.
