  1. Territories are completely Federally owned and controlled, the States have independent government and are led by State Premiers! The Top End, Northern Territory, is mostly undeveloped Aboriginal lands, and was always difficult to control from Adelaide! The Australian Capital Territory is also controlled by the Federal Government for reasons of security! Interestingly, there are two American controlled bases in the Northern Territory!! 🤔🧐😏

  3.  @ricohact  Yes I remembered later that they have a current Chief Ministers, they sometimes forget too! My niece lives and works in Canberra!
