  1. Really poor urban planning, South West and Western Sydney housing developments are not ideal places that live, even for the lower cost of building! The council facilities are totally inadequate, and the transport options are never upgraded to suit the population explosion! How is replacing natural trees with a 3br house with a back yard for a pool comfortable for the normal everyday family! Cheaper house require more maintenance and more transport costs, air conditioning costs and increased family frustration! Some are even built on unsafe soil and in flood planes! Only builders profit!! 😠 Criminal!! 🤬

Omg, now they dont even have back yards!! 😳 I have noticed more suburbs around me where original lots are now two houses, semi-detached or split, without any garden - not for me, I can sit in peace and listen to birds all day! There is so much need for people to move to outer areas and country NSW (with actual trees) - great places for young families, and extended families! Someone is making huge profits but creating long term misery from uninformed buyers, demand more for your money! 😠
