I just saw a news story of a new discovery in Tasmania, a reptile, "Tasmaniosaurus" - a pre-dinosaur combo of Dinosaur and Crocodile, from about 250 million years ago! Also in the article is a Victorian and Tasmanian "Elaphrosaurine", which looks mostly like a Kangaroo and similarities to the Tasmanian Tiger - long neck, strong back legs/short front legs, stiff tail and stripes! 😲
