  2. The Packer house is Absolutely Decadent (like James), such a shame it's now overseas owned (😩), you cannot just leave it to rot, maintenance and living in it daily is essential!! The Fairfax's were a cool family, and the house has character like them - family home! 🤗👍 I would love more privacy and water views, and space for lots of visitors and family (and my own designs) but the maintenance would be a horrendous burden! 🥺
