In Australia we have Royal Shows where the farm animals, farm equipment, all the activities and knowledge comes to the city! Even our schools and local fairs have visiting farm animals! πŸ€”

  2. No, I think that basically it's "god blessed America" and everywhere else is irrelevant unless it's on the news that week! Or, is Geography not taught in schools at all? Certainly who the Kardashians are and the names of their babies is well known! πŸ₯΄

Yes, my son knew all the countries and capital cities (he loved maps) before he was 4 and was reading well before his classmates, he had spare time to do do lots of outside school activities and everything was easy! When he got to High School, it was all about mates, girls, fashion and socialising! 🀀

  6. Maybe I was very lucky then, my teachers and neighbours were mostly from Europe and my grandmother taught maths and physics! We also had large family atlases, globes and books and dictionaries, relatives who travelled regularly, and enquiring minds! Yeah Tasmania! πŸ’— But seriously, who is responsible, basically you can only learn information you can access!?! Parents, libraries, travel? Forget the Pledges and Propoganda, and read books?? πŸ€”
