  3. Hilarious, and instructive! My mum used to cook a lot of lamb and make the mint sauce and gravy herself, it's unfortunate she didn't pass on the talent or dedication! Funny, I had hot roast lamb slices last night with roast pumpkin, cream potato and peas, cooked perfectly by the staff at the local roasts, vegetables and salads shop! I enjoyed every mouthful, I'm so glad I left it to the roast experts! 😋 I believe sheep and lamb in America is not farmed or prepared the same as in Australia and tastes somewhat different, that may be why it isn't popular there!? 🤔
