  1. I can open the cupboard and know if an egg is rotten. The British don't refrigerate eggs. You can keep eggs for weeks. But occasionally they pick up a forgotten egg from the farm and its off. When I smell the smell i take the tray out and smell each egg and i single out the rotten one in the shell
