  1. When I immigrated 23 years ago I was x rayed for TB at Heathrow and had no recourse to benifit for 6 years and was happy because i hadn't contributed yet. The rubber boat people get benefit from the first minute with the free Rescue boat and accommodation etc Makes a complete mockery of my legal avenue
