  1. South African farmers sausage is the best. The recipe is very course ground beef mutton and pork and pork fat with coriander seed salt and pepper and nothing else. All wound up in the half inch thick sausage. Boerewors. Best sausage for braai and the only other countries I know that come close are Greek where they add a lot of garlic and herbs
