  1. I live in Herefordshire and I sleep with the windows wide open. The bedrooms door closed. I just have a 12 tog feather down duvet. Only close the windows if very strong wind brings snow or rain. If it gets below minus 7 celcius I put a wooly cap on. Im 65 and pure blood
