  1. Not only did I drive at 20 miles per hour i got busted in the ulez zone and had to pay 80 bucks. I'm just a country bumpkin from Hereford and had no idea that they had extended the congestion zone. The car is a diesel and only one year too old for the ulez. My question is how is paying 80 pounds going to reduce the emissions. Its just more expensive London will never see any tourist dollar from my wallet ever again. Its a shithole anyway. Nobody speaks English there anyway
