@13DarknessGirl666 thanks. I just put the information on so nobody else does it. It was rather a one in a million thing as he was super fit and readying for the seniors squash championship in Poland. The only consolation was that he died doing what he liked. Squash or racquet ball

@vishnu3196 I was in the UK and he was in cape town and his buddies were in charge. I can only speak for myself as I am well versed in holding my breath while being churned under a 20 foot wave. The first thing is to relax. Nothing lasts forever. But I've never breathed in water so I'm not sure how I would have reacted. I know people also suffer from secondary drowning after being revived and the lungs fill up with fluid and the body drowns itself. I will have to do some research
