  1. Bayonet rhymes with the brontosaurus Ridiculous. I have been in battle and I have never seen a single situation that requires a knife on the end of the rifle. I wouldn't even use it as a knife. The humble can opener is more used.

  2. If you have 10 to one and no ammo you'll be 9 to one at best. The free hand knife could retract and stab another quicker but 10 to one.? Have the 10 got ammo? The dynamics just don't add up
