@NichtDerZocka we were young and we were wet behind the ear. On hindsight we should have Slaughtered the lot. Because mugabe was evil and he used his north Korean trained army to kill 50 000of a tribe as revenge once he was in power and what's so disgusting is that Britain stood by and did nothing because they wanted the trade in diamonds to continue. That's what the movie was based on. @NichtDerZocka I met people who were as capable of killing people as easily as you brush your teeth. The recces. The recononsance guys were like the seals or mossad. Or sas but much harder due to the Africa conditions of lions and crocodile and mosquito and elephant. My worst was the mosquito that ate me more than other people. I was once deep in zambia on patrol one dark night when a cow elephant and her calf stumbled inside our temporary base. All pitch black i was rudely woken up with the screaming of the elephant and my sergeant and then silence. Next thing they'd lit a big fire which was a no no behind enemy lines. It turned out that the sergeant was tusked through his thigh and scraped along the ground and tossed away. Luckily she didn't follow through and kneel on him as elephants do.
