Unfortunately potholes affect both EV cars and real cars

Thanks for the information. Ignore the battery heads. I have a 13 year old audi A3. It's done 250000miles I am going to keep it until audi VW make another diesel equivalent. I paid hard earned money for it. Its been a fantastic car. That's why I worked so hard to pay for it and maintain it. If the 737 boeings and airbus jets can fly for 20 years then so can my audi

If you're a viking then why do you live in Australia?

I told you elon musk is a ponzi scheme manager. I think his only genius was to bankrupt china on behalf of the americans who hate Chinese and their ability to embarrass usa with fantastic production

Musk is a ponzi scheme manager for tesla. Just look at the way he discarded 6000 stafff. Hes on his way to get a 56 billion payout.the shareholders buddy have agreed to the payout. Hes part of the establishment now. So long as he stays loyal to his defence contractor job.

@rockettests2617 the further the jet flies the lighter it gets. The battery has no chance of competing

@timtravelnomad batteries are diametrically opposite of what you need for aviation. Not only is jet A1 the most efficient fuel available it's the most reliable and works in the zone of least air resistance. It also gets lighter as its used up. Batteries for planes is a lie like travelling to mars. You may look up muscle atrophy. At very best they'd be good for is to ferry top buisness personal from the top of the skyscraper to the airports Or in hybrid cars to exit cities quietly till the real driving begins I have extensive experience in the taxi driver to the airport experience. I know what works. Until the boffin get dilithium crystals up and running we're going to use oil. I don't make the rules

Only fools rush in. The ice cars and infrastructure took centuries to develop. We used to have race and rally developed cars by thrashing them and finding out the best way to make them.technology doesnt happen overnight. Mistake will happen Just look at seat belts and how manufacturers were forced by the persistence of ralph nader to equip all cars. Look at how many teslas killed the occupants because the central locking malfunction in a crash of fire. We will have to spend trillions to charge just one countries 100percent EV.ownership Or simply put ...divide the time to charge ....into the size of a gasoline station . Each charge station will have to be 12 x bigger....at the very least. There is no more space for humans ALREADY.... Whose doing the maths in government..?

But what about the down time to charge. Do the homework. Unless they have a click clunk cassette type battery

I dont believe an ev has done a million miles on the same battery. Plus i would bet my life it wasn't tested in hilly and wintry and full of passengers real world type testing . Its taken me 13 years to rack up 253 000
