They have the money already but the public will have to wait. Meanwhile they have bought time to announce the receding virus and by the time they have a cheque in the hand the virus will have magically gone. Just like it basically never existed in first place. Because it needs to be observed under the electron microscope and few people have one and everyone will just be happy to be released from lock down and put it all behind them with the same vigour as 911..
