  8. I'm living proof.65 and I've reduced my sub cutaneous fat by not eating canola oil. Rapeseed as the uk called it. It's such a difficult thing to avoid . Even basic aldi bread lists rapeseed in the ingredients. You just can't believe how invasive the food industry has ingratiated seed oil AND palm oil into our food chain. That palm oil is a a silent partner. It's in 90 percent of food in the supermarkets
