  1. I live on the Welsh border and when i drive though those 20 mph zones its like wading through treacle. The locals just speed .but they have roaming camera vans. But when do drive there is like getting half your blood drained. You actually feel your life draining.. Im not exaggerating. Its soul destroying. Perhaps this is what the establishment wannts.....?
