The factory requires 25/7 continuous gas supply to keep the glass on the conveyor of red hot glass that is a kilometr long and gets cut down to manageable sizes. So if you switch off the glass factory it will take ages to get it restarted. So if you have any surge requirements for glass then it ain't gonna happen quickly. So if you extrapolate all sorts of manufacturers then we're in for rough ride. Especially for essentials like farmed food to supply the food production and Basically the leaders of Europe need to be educated that the whole system is like a mechanical clock. Take a single cog out and the watch/Europe stops. Sorry if that sounds dystopian
