  1. US and Britain, but not NATO. Just because some members who happen to be NATO members are there does not mean it's a NATO Operation. NATO was activated only once in it's lifetime. During 9/11. All other military actions where done by individual countries who were also NATO members.

  2. NATO never invaded or started a war. Read the Charta of NATO it contains nothing about attack unless attacked first. Would you be so kind and provide examples / prove before making comments like this.

  3. It seems Putin confused NATO with the EU. Because all the stated viewpoints fits the EU but not NATO. And altough most EU members are also NATO members its not the same. And the EU is what really makes Putin threatened. Because the EU started working closer and closer with former Sovjet states now seeking more contact with the west inlcuding the Ukraine. Thats why Putin helped with Brexit, thats why Putin fund billions into IT and propaganda to somehow weaken the EU potentially break it up by influencing elections in EU members, help funding right-wing movements, help spread Covid-misinformations all to somehow weaken or even break up the EU.

  4.  @ihavenojawandimustscream4681  Not militarily like in an invasion, cultural, political and economical. Putin fears real Democracy because it would mean an end to his power which now resembles more a Czar than a Democracy and corruption and an end to his years of robbing Russian people from the riches of Russia. Russia could become even richer than the US with all it's natural resources and size. With real Democracy and proper development and stronger political and trade relations with Europe which could be provided by the EU or even as a member of the EU. But for that Russians need to get rid of the man/men who wants all for himself/themselves.
