Surprised at the Anti-EU russotrolls?

No NATO country pays for another. Trump is telling you rubbish.

What is better? Being part of the force or being outside alone? P.S. Ask Ukraine.

Noone wants that. Most are happy with the concept "united to the outside, diverse to the inside", some cooperation but no superstate.

If it weren't for Russia and China we could reduce military spending to a minimum just some strategic forces. Military funding is usually a huge waste of money except for the corporations building the tools.
2
You mean no idiot was willing to join in Iraq 2? Ask the Brits about this war. They are really unhappy about it.

Cooperation worked in NATO, why it shouldn't in EU's own force?

Germany is militarily still under some constraints following WW2. Do you want to unchain it?

Why do you complain? No NATO country pays for another. These 2% is spending into your own military. The US voluntarily decided to spend 3.9% technically 2% would be enough. I suggest you complain to Congress why does't half the military spending from 860,000 x 1,000,000$ per year. And while you are at it, ask the Pentagon to fully account for each dollar they arn't able to tell where 60% of that sum disappears to.

And lose all the strategic bases left in Europe. Can the US reach the middle-east without landing in Rammstein Germany? What about injured and emergencies? Do you think they live long enough to reach America? What if Spain blockades Gibraltar and closes the mediterranian seas for the US Navy including the loss of naval bases like in Napoli, Italy.

@dogglebird4430 What is better? Being part of the force or outside alone?

@remus Yes some have. And they poll at 1-5% because they are extremists like every society has. Only in America it is possible that an anti-democratic party seeking to destroy it reach 45% and counting. And FPTP makes sure they get the power eventually.

@bird4430 Looks like it's reverted in the not too far future. Most in Britain already regret it.

Well back then the UK would be part of this "army" ... now it's a potential rival. Ironically Farage made his own fearmongering a reality.

@NiskaMagnusson NATO is an invasion insurance not an army.
