  4. I sometimes really ask myself what Russia is doing there. Russia is extremly rich in resources and it's enormously large even without the old UdSSR sub-states. It's underdeveloped and the corruption keeps it that way. If Russia would stop those aggressions and posturing, this constant attempt to drag western democracies down to their level and try to corrupt and hinder progress in other countries and instead concentrate on internal development, investment, income equality, infrastructure, human rights, free press and democracy the world could stop the sanctions, start trade again and become wealth-wise almost as good as america if not even better. Instead the greed of a group of men (Russian Oligarchy) with a 20th century attitude (Boomers again) drains the last rubel out of the country for themselves and make overall development and progress ineffective.
