The risk of Switzerland to lose tariff free and check-free transit through EU territory alongside other corporation agreements and the upcoming of ATAD I & II of the European Union made Switzerland change a little out of dark. However Switzerland being used to avoid taxes is a long discussed topic for example in Germany for over 20 years that's why ATAD was introduced on the EU level in the first place because Tax-Avoidance can only be solved on a multi-lateral basis or loopholes appear all over the place.
