  1. Have you checked the numbers? In absolute terms Germany is paying even more than the UK at the moment. Besides "Paying" to NATO is misrepresented. Noone is paying actually the rule is to "spend" a percentage of your budget to military. So even if Germany is paying more, it will only increase their forces, US and others will not see a penny of it. If you still not understand why Trump is making a ruckus over this you must be living on the moon. Trump want's to sell weapons, there is nothing else to it.
