I would recommend the Greenlandians (?) to ensure their wealth below them is not taken away by foreign companies exploiting it for their own gains and leaving them behind an unlivable wastland for table scraps. Greenlands ressources are so rich, Greenland could become the Wakanda of the Artic. And they should ensure it's helping them not others. Make smaller community managed mines where the amount of environmental damage can be closely monitored and the gains are shared. And make sure the power production and mining is 100% green from the beginning. I'm sure it will be not be problem getting credit for that from the IWF or other institutions. And I'm sure Danemark or the EU could help with expertise to make it happen. Island could help with expertise on Geothermic Energy which is available as well if I'm not mistaken. Just don't allow anyone to take it away from you. And try to preserve the artic nature Greenland is still a touristic treasure and one of the largest fishing grounds on this planet and home to all kind of sea-life like whales. And who knows if the climate change continues maybe Greenland will be Green again at some time.
