  2. I would have liked a response if a future president can revoke pardons which are used during his presidency. Meaning for example if Gaetz actually has a pardon and use it if the sitting president could revoke this pardon. And if not, should there be such a rule that presidents can revoke pardons from former presidents. As I understand it pardon power is currently devine meaning none can actually do anything about it, which seems unjust and would allow deep corruption and trying to stay above the law.
