  3. A vaccine passport does not contain any personal information only a fraud- and temper-proof certificate for your mobile phone as evidence that you are being vaccinated. You need something anyway when you want to travel to Europe without Covid-Tests and Quarantine. But to be honest. The US could go a step further and just give every citizen a national-ID-Card and apply Voter-Autoregistration to it. Europe does it for over 50 years without any issues and it would solve the problem that people without a drivers license (young people, old people, people without cars) have an ID for voting.
