Trump is refering to the voter suppression of voters most likly voting Democrats. It was in 2024 as bad as never before. It's rumored 3 mio voters have been suppressed by various methods. Voters who voted but whos vote was not counted or they found a way to challenge or exclude them. And they continue this voter suppression. America is slowly turned into Russia or a one-party state where elections are just for show because Republicans lost the ability to win fairly some time ago.
