  1. This would not be peace but surrender. What concession is Russia giving? And it's not up to us to decide anything only the Ukrainian people and their leader can decide that ... or Putin just turns around and goes home of course. P.S. There were at least 2 different attempts at peace talks. Both failed because of ridiculous demands by Putin.

  2. Common sense is only working in an environment of truth. In an environment of misinformation it can have disastrous and even the oppossit effects. Besides what is common sense for them: Believing what they like and don't believe what they don't like. The perfect recipe to collide with reality.

  4. America signed a treaty with Ukraine. Ukraine dismantles their nuclear weapons in change for protection. Ukraine did. America is now breaking this treaty. This is shameful. And it has nothing to do with Europe.

  8. Whoever stepped over the border first started it. Period. You cannot justify invasions with worries about what people say or believe or might consider. In short ... only actions count. If we would take action on everything people say you had to imprison millions of social media users for what they have said online.

  9. The idea from later in the phone-in that Trump wants to side with Russia to ally against China is ridiculous. Why would you drop your NATO allies for a beaten and weakend military like Putins?

  10. What I not quite understand is why would America prefer Putin as an ally over the rest of NATO? I mean just in terms of military strength and capability this is one of the stupidiest ideas I've ever heard.
