  2. The US placing nuclear armaments in Europe is practically like Sovjet nuclear weapons on Cuba. Do we really need to repeat this almost end of the planet?

  3. I doubt this is new. The 2000 movie "Spacecowboys" used that as fiction and I seriously doubt this hasn't been tried or even established already. However I also recognize that the US is recently pushing to emplace nuclear weapons in Europe which I highly disgree of for two reasons: 1) These weapons are a threat to Europe, especially under a Trump presidency. 2) These weapons make Europe 1st target for pre-emptive or retaliatory strikes by Russia due to distance to Russia. So for me this is fearmongering by America to make Europe more willing to accept nuclear emplacements. P.S. I am well aware that France and Britain have nuclear arsenals.

  5.  @sean.butterworth  Probably but in all honesty why not. Give me a technical reason why you wouldn't try to reduce flight-times by half or even more compared to inter-continental?
