  2. What would be the point of an "announced" search and seizure? Trump is known for flushing evidence down the toilet and even eating notes he knows how to avoid legal consequences.

  3. If you want to compare this to Nixon's Watergate than Trump would be Nixon. Ironic info on this: Yesterday was an anniversary. On August-08 1974 Nixon resigned because of the scandal.

  4. Investigating a former president is certainly a novum but noone - not even the President let alone a former President of the United States - should be standing above the law. And Trump has not only one active case but tens of them among them some marginally close to committing a coup in the United States. I'm also pretty sure the FBI had pretty hard evidence even before searching his home or the judge would have never approved this search warrent.

  5. Trump is not the leader of the oppossition McCarthy is. Search and seizure is a normal part and has nothing to do with Freedom of Speech (= Talking) but with trying to hide evidence.

  6. Even worse he had visits from foreign dignitaries in Mar-a-Lago (Erdogan, Xi, etc). so the documents were potentially exposed to foreigners which is more or less the same as treason and espionage.

  7. Insider Trading by politicians is not illegal in the US. And Pelosi is not the only one more than half doing it. The FBI is not a party like the CCP and no the FBI is not even closely doing what Chinese law enforcement does.

  8. Biden is not in control of the FBI and the head of the FBI is a Trump appointee so you not making a lot of sense here.
