Indirectly of course. 1) Extreme rainfalls leads to floods 2) Floods puts pressure on people, agriculture and economy, result: rising poverty 3) Poverty and problems make people afraid, the tribe shrinks resentment towards everyone outside the tribe increases 4) It reaches a critical mass which makes a country apply desperate measures This is the problem. It's all connected.

  2. Yes and I can understand that. Netanyahu's plan for over 14 years is to push all Palestinians out of Israel into the Sinai. The very reason for the location and shape of Gaza. And I can understand why Egypt refuses.

  3. It is not illegal to reach a country (international law). It is illegal to reach it and not to apply for asylum (= undocumented) or to refuse to leave after asylum denied. Germany only wants to accelerate deportation of denied claims Edit: And of course of people who never applied.
