Humans are tribal and when there are problems and crisis the tribe shrinks. If you want to reduce this lower the problems people have. Less problems, less anxiety more tolerance.

There are 70 mio Germans. Don't you think you extremly generalized here. What about all these protests against hate and the right-wing? Even this video is contradicting your statement.

@nyoon690 No that's instinct there is no rationality behind it. And it has nothing to do with race we would make the tribe even smaller with white-only folk. Perhaps you wil reduce it to people of your state, county, town, district, neighbourhood, family and finally even only to you. We intuitivly try to make the problem smaller. You may dislike that and perhaps it's a human flaw but it's a built-in survival mechanism from the oldest part of our brain. It would be foolish to ignore it exists but being aware of this also gives you an opportunity: "Never let it come to that" meaning don't bring people into that state when they start doing that.
