  1. Why would the Greens be an issue? SPD and CDU have a majority. And for that matter: Why is the AfD not helping out with votes? Edit: Ah okay. It's constitutional change. Well that needs 2/3 majority. So the AfD is not helping out with their 20%? Interesting. Maybe not such a good coalition partner after all. But the solution is simple: Ask the Greens what they want. A certain policy perhaps?
