  1. A lot of whining there the problem for all airlines is - there is less demand. Airlines in Germany compete with one of the densest high-speed rail systems on the planet. A cheap ticket allows you to reach all of Germany by local trains. Climate change making people consider flying less. And Covid teached people you don't need to fly somewhere to relax. Not to mention less disposable income than before due to rising prices without matching raising wages.

  2. You can also argue we finally seeing the true price of flying in a fair and sustainable society. Something which was blown under the rug so far. Discout prices on the backs of cheap understaffed workers and ridiculous flight times during the night.
