  2. Well Trumps goal (as are Republicans and Democrats) are selling oil and gas for world market price. And the US has tons of unused natural gas just being burned as a side-product of fracking in addition to actual resource fields. They'd love to sell it but it's some of the most expensive gas on the planet. Manchin is a coal baron and is currently seeking a Bill in Congress which would make him a gas baron as well just for starters (Note: That Congress allows him to sit on the energy committee is ridiculous. He basically makes decissions to make himself richer.)
