  1. Well that's the point. It doesn't matter who she is or what political party she votes or what gender it is. If she does a hate crime or exploit racisms for her own gains (she wanted to settle on money) and discriminates she is toast.

  2. People with such kind of personality not suddenly change from one day to the next. My guess on this is she was always a Karen and troublemaker for her company and collegues. And now that it turned toxic and potentially legal liable they have enough of it and prefer to cut ties.
