In Germany everyone has a national-ID from the age of 15 no exceptions. With that you are Auto-Registered for Voting. You get a reminder 6 weeks before the election with an option to request mail-in ballots if you want or need to. You don't need proof from a doctor, you don't have to met any conditions you just need to send the request-form back and get the papers shortly after. And it's not new. It works like that for more than half a century.

@lovefortruth3414 Sorry you not really making sense. To be able to vote you must register. To be able to register you must be citizen and have ID. You can only vote by mail when you are registered. Illegals are no citizens. People waiting for citizenships are no citizens. Both cannot register, let alone register for mail-in ballot. What's the problem?

@lovefortruth3414 But if you are not a citizen the authorities don't send out any mail-in ballots. They have their own list to look if you are citizen or not.

DO vote no matter how hard they make it for you. DO NOT let them convince you your vote doesn't matter. IT DOES. If it were otherwise they would not try so hard to change the election in their favor. DO NOT let them convince you your vote doesn't change anything. IT DOES. Look what Democrats in the Senate were able to pass without Republicans help already just after 70 days thanks to Georgia Democrat Senators. Democrats needs 60 seats in the Senate even better would be 66 to work also against Democrats-In-Name-Only like Joe Manchin who are against so many reforms the country desperatly needs like the 15$ minimum wage, Federal Election Reform, Changing the Filibuster and who is even trying to undermine the Infrastructure Bill because of Corporation Tax of his donors. DO make sure you are registered for voting and you were not purged from the list before elections.
