  2. "When the state borrows less" ... and just yesterday the House passed the new budget allowing to make 4,500,000 x 1,000,000$ debt (that is 4.5 trillion). And this while cutting Medicaid out of existence (880,000 x 1,000,000$) and SNAP by 20%. Just figure this: They make extreme cuts to healthcare (as large as the military budget) AND make record new debt at the same time and both to reduce taxes for the top 5% earners in America. And to top it all off. The military budget was not reduced but expanded from 860,000 x 1,000,000$ to 960,000 x 1,000,000$.
