  3. The underlying lie here is that Fairness-Programs (that is DEI actually) do not look at the merits. Of course they do but these programs make sure noone excludes you out of discrimination before the merits are even checked.

  4. Under the pretense to roll back the 4 years of Biden, Trump actually rolled back the last 80 years back to the 60ties. This is a classic case of "good old times" wishfull thinking. But this will not make anything better. What was better in the 60ties and 70ties is the income inequality. And this is the only thing they not want to go back to because it impacts their profits and dividends.
