  1. Of course judges are allowed to control the executive powers - when it breaks the laws. This is what the judiciary is for to ensure everyone is playing by the rules. And if you want to change the rules go to Congress.

  3. You know what is happening right now is a fantastic case-study how democracy and the rule of law works and how it protects itself. It also shows it's weaknesses. It also shows why the GOP and organizations like the Heritage Foundation worked for 45 years to prepare this. Replace the judiciary and supreme court. Centralize power to the presidency. Remove accountability and transparency. Make the media complicit. Spread misinformation on a massive scale. Seed doubt and mistrust.

  5. Rubbish. It never gets more than 0.5% of the US budget. There are much bigger fish to fry. Like the military budget which is 1000 times larger and never manages to pass an audit. And the money US AID gets is spend on American companies and farmer. US AID buys products and goods and food from them to send it to needy countries. It also keeps the Chinese away in the countries which are helped. Now the US industry and farmers will have less demand and China can take over the countries America leaves. It is not a very smart decission.
