  5.  @Justincase625  Non-Citizens cannot register to vote nor vote. And trying gets you imprisoned since 100 years already. Which leaves that any measure is only there to make it harder for Americans. Plus the way Americans voted hasn't changed in 100 years why is it suddenly not good enough anymore?
