P.S. I have a feeling they mean something else. Perhaps the "freedom" to be openly disgusting and hateful towards others. Which I would not call a freedom. And I don't see less of it but more so even that makes no sense.

Why do I get the impression they recently watched Mission Impossible and it's seeping into their reality? It's not the first time I have the impression elements from movies and TV series appear within conspiracy theories. Maybe they lose the seperation of fiction and reality.

Fox News fights the same problem the other mainstream channels and newspapers have to fight with and not only the in the US this is international: The decentralization of media and information sources introduced by the internet and massively expanded with the upcoming of social media. And it scares them because when information is no longer centralized it is much harder to control ... for good and for bad.
4
Bringing the control over womens freedoms back to states is nothing positive. Because they not do that to improve womens rights and freedoms but to diminish them. They could have gone beyond Roe vs. Wade on states-level but not below it. Roe vs. Wade was the last safeguard preventing them from going back in time to turn women back into treadwives.

Please don't feed the troll.

It should be simple. Convicted Ex-Presidents should be barred from getting life-time secret service protection or any other advantages bound to the time as president. You want to be a criminal as ex-president? Only on your own!
4
And nothing happened. They are fearful, fightened people who listen to the wrong people who make everything worse for them without realizing it.
4
How can you make these people see that they are wrong about Trump? They deny even stuff Trump said himself.
4
The tragic thing is. What the Right-Wing are doing there is actually destroying America and American values while they think they defend it. It's like someone blindfolded them, gave them a shotgun and ask them to do something ... anything.
4
Every time people say "just get over it" or "old stuff move on" or something like that. They just not want to face reality. The signs which are so clear that you have to lie to yourself to ignore them. To void this they don't want to talk about it and try to play down or ridicule you for doing it.
4
I hope not but they had 2020 to learn what to do different this year. And they used the last years to prepare for that already by changing laws making it easier and by replacing election officials.

Just this morning I heared from another source the 300 mio which have been found by the FBI as the Washington Post reported this week are just the tip of the iceberg. The Hacker Group anonymous apparently hacked the russian central bank and found documents and evidence for over 1,500,000 mio $ (yes, that is 1.5 trillion or 1,500,000 x 1,000,000 $) have been transfered into western banks for the purpose of influencing western politics. This clearly need further investigation and more transparency.
4
Correct. They argue Anti-Discrimination and fairness is actually discrimination.
4
True. Even when they are in charge they say this pretending it is a problem they inherited.
4
People keep forgetting the inflation rate down doesn't mean prices go down. It just means they rise slower but the high price from before is still there. Only higher income can offset inflation meaning the price of your work has to go up the same as inflation does.
4
I have to agree with David. Society is changing. The outgoing baby boomer generation is slowly losing it's grip and control and they feel threatened by change and the unknown. Besides them getting old which creates natural fear anyway. Who wouldn't feel uncomfortable by change but there is no point in having anger and fear from something you don't know, havn't see yet and frankly hasn't arrived. Don't waste energy and concerns with maybes. Keep an open mind and make a judgement when there is really something there to evaluate and potentially fight against.
4
Ask them "Have you ever considered to be on the wrong side of this?"
4
Fox has become a threat to national security. How long do you need to admit that? Another Jan-06?
4
If you totally lack self-awareness (realizing things about yourself and being honest to yourself) it is impossible for you to understand others. And it shows you can see him quite often thinking everyone is like himself.
4
Putins conditions are very one-sided. He is practically asking to get everything he wasn't able to take with force on the negotiation table. And not even 2 but 3 provinces + Crimea. And he wants a total disarming of the country and no involvement with the EU or NATO so he can take the rest after the dust settled. These are not concessions but total surrender. And Ukraine gets nothing in return.
4
Ask foreigners (of allied countries) what they think about America: Shrugging shoulders, shaking heads, crickets, the locals hand sign for being nutz, "Season 2020 was the best but season 2024 seems to become even better"

1) The special prosecutor was a Republican nominee and this man determined that it's not worth a criminal prosecution meaning a grand jury would never made it a trial. 2) Biden cooperated immediatly. When asked to return it Biden immediatly did. Trump needed to be asked 3 times and sworn under oath "that is all" twice which it was not ... still isn't some document are still unaccounted for among them material about Russian involvement during Trumps presidency. 3) Biden cooperated immediatly. Allowed a search of his properties. Trump delayed and fought this until the FBI got a search warrent for Mar-a-Lago. 4) Biden cooperated immediatly. Biden subjected himself to a query voluntarily. Trump is still fighting this which is why judge Cannon now has a trial waiting for him. 5) According to the Republican special prosecutor Biden did not use these informations, he was not even aware he had them. But he said not the same about Trump. The reason why the DOJ not criminally indicted Biden is because a grand jury would never be convinced to justify an indictment as it was in Trumps case.

It's not entirely their fault. Even people with low education can make decent decissions when confronted with the truth, the truth and nothing but the truth. But instead they sitting in a trap of lies with no way out. And they were told everybody outside the trap who could help is a liar.
4
You know why the tickets are so expensive? Because ticketmaster has a monopoly in the US ... and they using it because they can. Isn't capitalism wonderful.
4
I'm not sure how I need to interpret this. Could you define what a man should be in your opinion.
4
The irony is Trump probably not really intended this to happen but his incompetency, his confidence about himself and lack of leadership caused it as a consequences of a lack of understanding. This is why it's a bad idea to give incompetent people power.
4
There is a saying: "If you stick to the Truth ... even if you are the only one ... you will not go mad." Sounds obvious isn't it but there is a consequence of this when you not do this which is terrifing. The problem with lies is they are like puzzle pieces which are connected on one side to the your puzzle, but this piece actually does not belong to the puzzle. If you not remove it it allows to connect more false puzzle pieces making it easier to add further more. And worse if you actually have a true puzzle piece it might not fit anymore so you throw it away (!). If this continues you start doing multiple puzzles in one. And eventually you will have so many connections which do not fit to each other and worse you see fragments of two or more puzzle images that you not even know anymore which puzzle is the real one. And eventually you will go mad. This effect is called Cognitive Dissonance. When informations (puzzle pieces) lead to contradicting conclusions which makes no sense anymore. Human brains are not designed to process such things they try to avoid them at all costs. Too long exposure to this state and you will eventually begin having mental issues and you get extremly insecure making all even worse. Protect the Truth. This is not a partisan issue only one thing can actually be really true (otherwise know as "The Truth is indisputable"). This is a matter of mental health and maintaining sanity ... and avoiding making decissions with terrible outcomes ... sometimes even with harmfull if not even deadly consequences.

It allows profiling of users. Targetted advertisement and they may even blackmail people with what you consumed.

You know what I would have done as the teacher. I had said: So little boys. This was enough. Please all sit down now I will continue the lesson. No no ... please sit. You can ask questions later. For now I will tell you a little story. ... practically treated them like kids.

Because investigations have to be made before you are able to convince a jury to make an indictment. Evidence has to be collected, witnesses asked, data subpeona'ed. These things take time. If Trump wants to prevent an interference with the election in 15 months I suggest he tries to resolve it as early as possible.

Seeing the video in the cell: "Close the door! Quickly!" ^^
3
They are often more clever in hiding these things especially on larger sums or if coming from foreign countries. They often use law firms or the so called Super-PACs to hide the real donor (for the papers).
3
Always the same information sources. And surprise surprise they seem to share the same information as if it's coordinated and coming from the same source. And of course if you hear it 3 times or more you probably start to believe it ... especially if you like what you hear.
3
He has only the family name nothing else. And it is from an era when the GOP [and even the Democrats] were different and cared about the people more than themselves and valued things like honesty, integrity, decency and empathy. A name doesn't make you great only your deeds.
3
Their lines have become stale and boring. Maybe they used them once too often. Every 4 years the same. And nothing ever happens. The only event which had really threatened the system was Jan-06.
3
The tragic irony is what would really help people with their lifes is the very thing they are groomed to fear. It's diabolic genius solving two problems with one stroke holding especially red states back.
3
What the US would really need is more parties, more selection for the people and a better representation in Congress which 100% fits how people vote and that would be PR (Proportional Representation) and an according voting system.
3
It's even worse than people think. The number of approved content removal requests by foreign countries has tripled on X interesting almost exclusivly by authorian regimes like China, Russia, Turkey, etc. [which happen to have Tesla megafactories]. So not only are misinformations and hate speech no longer removed the truth is also censored.

“I need a dust filter for a Hoover Max Extract 60 Pressure Pro.”

What the Right-Wing is suggestion there is like jailing a Firefighter for trying to pull them out of a burning building.
3
Working at home is measured and checked in results. You don't need 100% surveillance as long as you get results.
3
@danialhillmann5374 Sure the less the better. And it is harshly punished. But my point is it is almost impossible to influence elections like that.
3
Why is she even allowed to write a book while being a Congresswoman? I mean she earns money with it and is payed by Congress with tax-money at the same time. This is not okay. She is payed to work not to write books and distribute them.
3
I'm still sorry for the family. How can a man like Trump, the GOP and parts of the media be so divisive on society that it even splits families this badly?
3
Trump is too old for that.
3
Fun fact ... when you heading long enough west you end up in the east ... unless you believe the earth is flat of course.
3
They sitting in a trap of lies. They listening to Trump, they listening to right-wing social media, they listen to Fox, Newsmax and Co. but they all tell the same stuff 5% truth wrapped in 95% bs and astonishingly often use the same wording as if somebody is coordinating the messaging. And after you hear it from 2 or more sources you believe it of course.
3
The IRS is not interested in you having underreported 100$ here or there. They looking for guys who underreported 100,000,000$ but this takes time and effort.
3
Kudlow (US billionaire BTW) looked slighty annoyed having to speak to MTG. Like suppressing a * rolleyes *
3
They believe what they like. And they don't believe what they don't like. And with that they create their own reality and all and everything following is distorted to fit into this reality. That's why you have all the conspiracies because they desperatly try to make sense out of it. Reality often sucks ... but at least it makes 100% sense in the end.
